RDO Washburn is an RDO Midwest Agriculture store serving farmers in Western North Dakota. As one of 13 stores in this division, the team provides industry-leading agriculture products, services, and parts tailored to the region’s needs.

Pay

$28 – $42+ per hour, with a competitive wages and profit-sharing program that matches your skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment accurately and promptly
• Identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently using troubleshooting skills
• Deliver top-notch service to customers through clear, respectful, and timely communication during the repair process
• Prioritize safety by following guidelines and procedures at all times
• Stay up-to-date with evolving technology through company and manufacturer-sponsored training
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized shop environment

Requirements

• Experience in diesel mechanics preferred (mechanical background or schooling in diesel mechanics)
• Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal, for customer interactions and team collaboration
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Keen attention to detail
• Valid work authorization in the U.S. without company sponsorship
