Diesel Mechanic Technician
New employees start at $24.41 per hour for the first 150 working days. Upon successful completion of the introductory period, employees advance to $30.51 per hour.

This is a hands-on diesel mechanic role supporting a large, active fleet of heavy-duty equipment. You will perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance that keep operations running safely and reliably. This is demanding work that requires mechanical expertise, accountability, and pride in workmanship.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel vehicles and equipment
- Perform engine, brake, hydraulic, electrical, and CNG system repairs
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections
- Document repairs and maintenance accurately
- Work safely in a fast-paced maintenance environment
Requirements
- 2–3 years of heavy-duty diesel mechanic experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Ability to lift, pull, and push objects weighing over 50 pounds
- Safety-focused and dependable work ethic
- Willingness to work evening or overnight shifts
Pay
Hourly range: $24.41 - $30.51 per hour
Schedule
- Most positions support night operations with 10–12 hour shifts common
- Day shift opportunities may be available depending on location
- Overtime is a regular part of this role
