Diesel Mechanic Technician - 4 Day Work Week

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs of medium to heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and refrigeration units. The role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing fleet diesel equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Document work orders
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, and replacing components
• Install onboard computers
• Perform road call services as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of experience in medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair
• Experience with diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, brake systems, and A/C refrigeration
