Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications, ensuring high‑quality and efficient workmanship.
• Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly and professionally with the Service Manager, service team, and customers while providing timely and courteous service.
• Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities; identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance satisfaction and support department profitability.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience or an Associate’s Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or a related program.
• Ability to travel to off‑site training facilities, as needed.
• Must have own tools.
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.
• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.
• Preferred: ability to work flexible hours and travel to customer and company locations.
