Seeking experienced Diesel Mechanics to maintain and repair fleet equipment including motorcoaches, buses, trucks, and trailers. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, HVAC, electrical systems, exhaust, and safety features. Use computer diagnostic tools to identify issues, replace components such as belts and water pumps, and conduct test drives to ensure vehicle safety and performance. Assist with parts procurement, shop maintenance, and adhere to maintenance schedules based on driver reports. Qualifications include at least 3 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong mechanical and diagnostic skills. Ability to read service manuals and operate diagnostic equipment is required. A valid CDL is necessary within 90 days. Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work around mechanical equipment, fumes, and noise is essential.
