Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Support continuous improvement projects to ensure safe and reliable operations of windows, doors, and skylights
- Work hands-on with modern equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Collaborate with the Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team
- Participate in ongoing training to develop skills and expertise
Qualifications & Skills
- Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to support process improvements and safety initiatives
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on craftsmanship and quality
