About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of diesel and heavy equipment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in heavy machinery.
- Perform preventive maintenance checks to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in heavy equipment repair.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some college courses in automotive technology or related field preferred.
Skills
- Knowledge of diesel engine systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
