About the role

Join our dynamic team at Freeport McMoran! We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Geoscientist.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct geological surveys and collect data for resource evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain geological models and maps.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to interpret geophysical and geochemical data.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Geosciences or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in geoscience.
  • Proficiency in GIS software and geostatistical analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of geological principles and practices.
  • Experience with remote sensing and spatial analysis techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
