The Apprentice Program is a competency-based initiative designed to develop skills in diesel and heavy construction equipment maintenance. It aims to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment where every voice is heard and everyone thrives.

Responsibilities

• Repair and Maintain Mobile Equipment
• Inspect Equipment and Materials
• Handle and Move Objects
• Document and Record Information
• Perform General Physical Activities

Requirements

• Previous experience working on diesel or heavy construction equipment
• Vocational/trade school training in a mechanical field
• Knowledge of best practices in servicing heavy construction equipment
• Flexibility to work overtime and extended hours
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
• Basic mechanical skills with knowledge of industrial tools

• Some knowledge of industrial tools, their uses, and maintenance

Pay

Starting pay range: $27-35/hr

Schedule
