• Capable of using hand tools efficiently
• Mechanical aptitude
• Communicate effectively with customer service representatives concerning work orders
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance
• Familiar with die storage racks: die boards and stripping tools
• Usage of problem solving and decision making to configure where specifications may go
• Capable of lifting and carrying heavy objects of an average of 40 lbs or more
• Capable of being on feet the majority of the work day
