About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing various molds used in manufacturing processes. Works closely with production teams to ensure timely and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair molds to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to extend equipment lifespan.
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for mold maintenance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in mold maintenance and repair.
• Proficiency in using common tools and equipment for mold maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college coursework in mechanical engineering or related field preferred.

Skills

• Knowledge of mold design and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with CNC machines and other precision tools.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

• $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule
