What You'll Do

  • Set up and operate Bobst and die-cutting equipment to meet production and quality requirements.
  • Review job tickets and production specifications before each job.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety, quality, security, and operational procedures.
  • Support production goals by minimizing waste, downtime, and rework.

What You'll Bring

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Previous experience operating die-cutting or similar production equipment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
  • Ability to read and follow production instructions and specifications.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and safely perform physical job requirements.
