What You'll Do
- Set up and operate Bobst and die-cutting equipment to meet production and quality requirements.
- Review job tickets and production specifications before each job.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety, quality, security, and operational procedures.
- Support production goals by minimizing waste, downtime, and rework.
What You'll Bring
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Previous experience operating die-cutting or similar production equipment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
- Ability to read and follow production instructions and specifications.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely perform physical job requirements.
