Safety

Safety Follow all safety procedures at all times.
Report unsafe conditions to the Team Leader or Department Manager.
Support a safe working environment and the well-being of all employees.

Production

• Complete all DMS checklists and required documentation accurately.
• Load roll stands and maintain proper ink viscosity.
• Clean ink stations and operate the butt splicer as required.
• Inspect products for printing and cutting quality.
• Pack cartons on pallets for WIP or into corrugated cases for finished goods.
• Complete and place load tags for CNG pallets.
• Absorb and assist with packing station setup, including tape machines.
• Help locate corrugated cases as needed.
• Ensure product safety and quality; report any concerns to Senior Management or the Quality Manager.

Maintenance

• Assist with machine maintenance activities when necessary.

Housekeeping

• Support housekeeping around machines and work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned equipment and production areas.

Machinery Support

• Assist 1st and 2nd presspersons with preventative maintenance.
• Support troubleshooting of machinery issues as directed.

What You Need To Succeed

• A high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
