About the role

As a Lead Bartender/Concessions Attendant at Diamond Lake, you will be responsible for managing the bar and concessions area, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also assist in training and mentoring new staff members.

Responsibilities

• Manage the bar and concessions area, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and inventory levels are maintained.
• Train and mentor new staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are successful in their roles.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
