About the role

This position supports both our Parma and Cleveland facilities. Centers for Dialysis Care offers a FREE comprehensive Dialysis Training Program! We pay YOU to train in dialysis!

Responsibilities

• Supports both Parma and Cleveland facilities.
• Participates in a 6-week paid formal training program.
• Engages in clinical training with a preceptor.
• Maintains a 78% cumulative average on exams and passes clinical competencies.
• Works a rotating schedule including day and evening shifts as needed.

Requirements

• No prior dialysis experience required. Paid training provided.
• Starting salary for an inexperienced trainee is $17.34 per hour.
• Excellent work history preferred.
• Patient care or phlebotomy experience a plus.
• A college-level education in English, mathematics, and science is recommended (Associate or Bachelor’s degree).
• Highly motivated and attention to details.
• Flexible to work a rotating schedule.
