About the role
DaVita is hiring an Advanced Level Dialysis Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
Schedule
Monday - Saturday, 3:30am - 5:00pm (unable to accommodate scheduling restrictions at this time).
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
- Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
- Record vital signs and patient data
- Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
- Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
- Float between local clinics if needed
Requirements
- Dialysis experience with a CHT/OCDT certification
- Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay
The wage range for this role is $17.50 - $26.50/hour, depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. DaVita offers a competitive total rewards package, including a 401k match and healthcare coverage.
