As a Registered Nurse (RN)
What you'll be doing
- Patient care: Work directly with patients to provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment.
- Document physical assessments: Complete and document physical assessments before and after treatments.
- Maintain quality care: Monitor patients during treatment and ensure quality renal care by completing monthly reviews of patient medication profiles and administering medications according to physician orders.
- Teamwork: Be a critical member of an interdisciplinary team to provide all required patient assessment and care planning activities and ensure center staffing requirements are met.
- Safety & Quality: Adhere to company policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulations, and participate in staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
What we're looking for
- Current nursing license in the applicable state.
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
- Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.
