Dialysis Registered Nurse - Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dialysis care to patients with kidney disease.
• Complete physical assessments before and after treatments.
• Monitor patients during dialysis procedures.
• Document patient information accurately.
• Review and administer medications per physician orders.
• Ensure safety and compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Assist in patient assessments and support staffing needs under supervision.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education to maintain quality standards.
