Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) - Float
About the role
A Dialysis Float Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI’s in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team. Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.
Schedule
Full-time, four 10-hour shifts starting at 5:30am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts
Compensation
Pay ranges from $31-$44 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience

Education/Training
Accredited nursing degree required. Dialysis experience not required, job shadow opportunities available. DCI provides 3-months of comprehensive training, including classroom group sessions and one-on-one skills training. New graduates encouraged to apply.
