About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of a healthcare team, working under a Charge Nurse to provide high-quality dialysis care to patients with kidney disease.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, comfortable dialysis treatments
• Conduct physical assessments and monitor patients
• Document care activities
• Administer medications as prescribed and review patient medication profiles regularly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and participate in care planning and assessments
• Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing education to maintain high standards of care

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors

Preferred Skills

• One or more years of nursing experience, preferably in dialysis
