Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts physical assessments
• Makes treatments
• Documents care
• Reviews medication profiles
• Administers medications per physician orders

• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team
• Ensures adequate staffing
• Supports care planning activities

Safety & Quality

• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations
• Participates in staff meetings
• Engages in continuing education

Qualifications & Skills

• Current nursing license in the relevant state
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors
• Prioritize one or more years of nursing experience, especially in dialysis (preferred)
