Dialysis Nurse Manager

About the role

We are hiring a Dialysis Nurse Manager to oversee dialysis operations and supervise nursing staff in a patient-centered clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients and staff
• Provide direct care when needed
• Ensure treatments follow policies and regulatory standards
• Develop care standards and participate in staff training
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
• Manage supervision of nursing, social work, dietitian, and technical staff
• Work with leadership to improve operational efficiencies

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing degree (RN, BSN, AA)
• Minimum 6 months dialysis experience
• Current RN license
• Strong communication, clinical skills, and leadership abilities
