Dialysis Nurse Manager
About the role
The Clinical Coordinator leads outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. Key responsibilities include coordinating patient care plans, supervising clinical staff, ensuring safe and compassionate dialysis delivery, building long-term relationships with patients and families, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Current RN license and CPR certification
- 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis
- Charge RN readiness approval required
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
- CNN/CDN certification a plus
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
