About the role

Deliver safe, high-quality hemodialysis to medically complex rehab patients as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and monitor treatments.
• Manage vascular access and administer medications appropriately.
• Coordinate patient care to promote functional recovery and independence.
• Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans.
• Follow strict infection-control and safety protocols.
• Document care accurately in the EMR.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensure.
• Relevant experience in dialysis or acute care setting.
• Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of infection control, safety standards, and EMR documentation.
