Dialysis Nurse

About the role

Seeking a Hemodialysis RN to provide direct, compassionate care to inpatient dialysis patients, assess patient needs, create personalized care plans, and supervise treatments in a state-of-the-art dialysis suite. Build meaningful patient relationships and educate staff on hemodialysis standards of care within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care to dialysis inpatients
• Supervise treatments, conduct assessments, and develop care plans
• Address patient concerns and promote recovery
• Educate nursing staff on dialysis procedures and equipment

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license and CPR certification
• ACLS within one year of hire
• Dialysis nursing experience (minimum 6 months)
• Inpatient hospital experience preferred
• CRRN certification is a plus (assistance available)
