Dialysis LVN/LPN

About the role

This position involves providing patient care in a clinical setting, including obtaining blood samples, reviewing medication profiles, and documenting treatments and communications accurately. The role requires effective use of supplies and staff labor, assisting with billing logs, and supporting operational needs.

Responsibilities include reporting changes in patient condition, machine issues, and participating in staff meetings and training. The individual must work under supervision, adhering to healthcare practice standards and legal regulations.

Requirements

• Current LVN/LPN license in the applicable state in good standing
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors
• Previous dialysis experience preferred
• Completion of approved training program within 8 weeks
• Proficiency in English communication
• Strong organizational skills and basic computer proficiency
• Ability to meet state practice requirements
