Dialysis - Director

About the Role

Delta Health System is seeking a Director to join our patient-focused team, leading the direction of patient care in the subacute/intermediate care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Telemetry staff
• Coordinate and schedule staffing needs
• Control staffing on a daily basis
• Monitor patient length of stays daily to ensure timely discharges

Requirements

• Current Mississippi Registered Nurse license
• Certification as an instructor in BLS and/or ACLS preferred
