Key responsibilities include hiring, developing, and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes, and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements.

Success Profile

Successful candidates should have prior direct patient care experience and a combination of technical skills and genuine passion for developing deep relationships with patients and improving their quality of life. They should also have experience in areas such as ICU, PCU, and surgery.
