Responsibilities
- Ensures dialysis unit operates in compliance with all regulations and company policies.
- Leads, coaches, and guides clinical teammates, depending on unit size.
- Manages staff scheduling and assignments to maintain appropriate patient to staffing ratios.
- Communicates staffing needs with RD and Talent Partner.
- Participates in onboarding, training, and educating new hires.
- Develops, trains, and educates new hires.
- Facilitates staff development, training, and monthly education.
- Ensures clinical teammates maintain licenses and certifications.
- Encourages employee referrals and contacts provided referrals.
- Delivers safe and effective patient care of all treatment modalities.
- Applies critical thinking and time management skills.
- Monitors and assures patients receive adequate medical attention.
- Acts as on-site liaison to the corporate biomedical team.
- Works diligently to be a great on-site partner and company advocate.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
- Current RN license for Indiana and current CPR certification (or within three months of hire).
- One year of hemodialysis RN experience is required, with previous management experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong technical/computer proficiency with laptops, tablets, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, etc.
- Ability to quickly learn a variety of technical systems and equipment.
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English.

Pay
- $62.00 - $65.00/Per Hour (Based on Documented Experience, Qualifications and Market Data)
Schedule
- Monday - Saturday from 5:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Monday/Wednesday/Friday (shift depends on the number patients)
