Dialysis Clinic Manager - Registered Nurse
About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse for the position of Dialysis Clinic Manager (DCM) at Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC) clinic in Monroe, WA. The DCM is responsible for the management and supervision of in-center dialysis patient care, ensuring quality nursing care is delivered to each patient. The DCM oversees staffing assignments and is provided with the resources and authority to meet the unit’s objectives, including proper management of these resources.
The successful candidate has proven leadership skills in a clinical setting and previous experience in dialysis patient care.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise in-center dialysis patient care.
- Ensure quality nursing care is delivered to each patient.
- Oversee staffing assignments and manage resources to meet unit objectives.
- Respond to emergency situations outside of regular business hours.
- Travel to and work from other PSKC clinic locations for training or shift coverage as needed.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or ability to obtain one.
- Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in clinical nursing.
- Minimum of six (6) months’ experience in Acute and/or Chronic Hemodialysis.
- Prior charge nurse experience required.
Schedule
This is a regular full-time position primarily located at PSKC's clinic in Monroe. The work schedule is typically Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Ability to respond to emergencies outside of these hours is required.
Pay
Salary range for this position is $83,395.55 - $125,093.31 annually. Wage offers are determined based on multiple factors including previous experience in the same or similar role.
