Registered Nurse - Dialysis Clinical Manager

Role Overview: The Clinical Manager oversees daily facility operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care for individuals with end-stage renal or chronic kidney disease. They lead a collaborative team, manage clinical and administrative tasks, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership, coaching, and staff development.Manage clinic operations, including staffing, budgeting, and inventory control.Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge, addressing patient and family concerns.Foster strong physician relationships and ensure effective communication.Implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies.Oversee staff training, licensing, and performance evaluations.Maintain medical records, participate in surveys, and manage facility safety and environment.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and facility efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: Registered Nurse (RN) licensed, with clinical nursing experience, including dialysis.Leadership skills in managing teams, performance management, and quality improvement.Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with medical software preferred.Ability to handle physical demands, including prolonged standing and patient equipment movement.
