Dialysis

Location: Williamson Health, Franklin, TN. Start date: August 24, 2026. Full-time, 40 hours per week with no on-call requirement. Patient load of 1 to 5 dialysis patients per day, including a mix of ICU and standard acute dialysis cases. Saturdays may be added to the regular schedule as the program expands.

Pay

$80/hour bill rate, plus 8 hours of paid module training regardless of actual time taken to complete prior to the first day.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of recent acute dialysis experience
• ICU dialysis experience
• Proficiency with Tablo dialysis system
• Competency with all dialysis vascular access types
• Ability to function autonomously in an acute care environment
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Active Tennessee RN license or qualifying Compact State license
