Roles And Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately, efficiently, and with a level of quality that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Perform advanced diagnostic and repair work as assigned, including emission control systems, throttle body injection, electrical and computerized vehicle systems, anti-lock brakes, cruise control, drivability issues, transmissions, A/C systems, and four-wheel drive components.
  • Execute all duties of Repair and Maintenance Technician roles as needed to support daily operations.
  • Train and mentor service department team members on vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
  • Aid management with daily operations, including estimating work orders, requisitioning parts, maintaining shop organization, and supervising technicians as needed.
  • Safely operate all machinery, equipment, and diagnostic tools, including scan tools, DSOs, and smoke machines.
  • Ensure compliance with all company and safety regulations at all times.
  • Perform additional tasks as necessary to maintain shop efficiency and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to perform basic calculations, compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and interpret graphs
