Diagnostic Radiologist - Locum Tenens

About the Role

This role involves providing remote diagnostic radiology services in a small hospital setting, covering inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room cases via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Interpret imaging studies across modalities such as plain film, CT, MR, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine, averaging 125-180 cases daily.
• Serve as the sole radiologist for all cases.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting.
• Operate within established protocols to ensure quality patient care.

Work Environment

• 100% remote coverage.
• Scheduled hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• No call duties.
• Serving a diverse patient population of all ages, with workflow supported by telehealth infrastructure.

Requirements

• Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology is negotiable.
• Familiarity with PACS systems and various modalities is preferred.
