Diagnostic Radiologist – Full-Time (Onsite)

About the role
We are seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist to support high-volume, hospital-based diagnostic imaging services across three Inland Valley locations (Inland Valley Hospital, Temecula Hospital, Rancho Springs Medical Center). This role follows a structured onsite coverage model with defined onsite responsibilities and integrated remote reading components as part of the overall coverage plan. The position is ideal for a radiologist with strong general diagnostic expertise who values consistency, collaboration with onsite clinical teams, and a balanced, sustainable coverage structure.
Responsibilities
- Interpret X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine studies
- Deliver timely, accurate diagnostic reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care decisions
- Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and communication
- Participate in quality assurance and departmental meetings
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
- Eligible for California medical licensure
- Strong diagnostic proficiency across general imaging modalities
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Pay
Compensation is aligned with coverage commitment, employment classification, and annual workload expectations under an approved block scheduling model.
- Full-Time Coverage (40 Weeks / 220 Shifts per Year)
- W-2 Employment: $700,000 annually
- 1099 Independent Contractor: $725,000 annually
