We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements/Qualifications (maybe combine), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Also maybe "Qualifications" separate from "Requirements". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Skills). We need to include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. So we can have: - About the role (summary about EDRP eligibility etc.) - Responsibilities (duties) - Requirements (basic requirements, citizenship, degree, license, residency, board cert, English proficiency) - Qualifications (maybe additional requirement: board certified? Actually that is also requirement. Could combine but we can separate: Requirements = basic requirements; Qualifications = additional requirements like board certified, maybe also mention pending training etc.) - Benefits (list benefits) - Pay (pay info) - Schedule (work schedule) We should not include Skills if none. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". We have actual specifics. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like EDRP award amount up to $200,000, eligibility period one to five years, etc. Also mention that former EDRP participants ineligible. Also mention that applicants pending completion may be referred but not hired until met. Also mention currently employed physician(s) in VA who met previous qualification standard deemed to have met basic requirements. We need to include physical requirements? Possibly could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section? Not listed as a standard heading but we could include under Requirements. The instruction only gave examples but we can add other headings if needed? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings but suggests those. Safer to stick to those. Physical requirements could be part of Requirements. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

About the role

... summary about EDRP eligibility ...

Responsibilities

  • ... each duty as list items
But we have a lot of duty details; we could break into multiple
  • items. We need to preserve all substantive info; we can't omit details. So we need to include each piece of duty info as list items. Potentially many items; but okay. Similarly for Requirements: list items for each requirement. Qualifications: list items for additional requirements. Benefits: list items. Pay: maybe a
