About the role
Seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist to join a well-established outpatient imaging practice in Las Vegas, NV. This role involves interpreting a wide range of imaging studies and performing image-guided procedures while delivering accurate, timely diagnoses.
Responsibilities
- Interpret imaging studies, including X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, PET, and nuclear medicine
- Provide detailed, accurate reports with findings and impressions
- Perform image-guided procedures (biopsies, drainages, FNAs, vascular access, etc.)
- Administer contrast agents as needed for diagnostic imaging
- Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient care decisions
- Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Utilize PACS, RIS, and voice recognition systems for reporting
- Participate in continuous professional development and CME activities
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology
- Active, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain in Nevada)
- Strong proficiency in cross-sectional imaging and diagnostic interpretation
- Experience with image-guided procedures preferred
- Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and dictation systems
- Ability to manage high-volume workflow and prioritize effectively
Schedule
Multi-shift schedule includes weekends and on-call coverage. Shift differentials available for nights/weekends.
