Diagnostic Radiologist
About the role
We are seeking experienced Radiology Experts to contribute to an advanced AI research initiative in collaboration with a leading AI laboratory. This project focuses on improving AI systems' ability to interpret medical imaging accurately by leveraging the expertise of practicing radiologists. Rather than performing routine clinical reporting, you will use your professional judgment to evaluate AI-generated interpretations, create reference-standard reports, and establish high-quality evaluation criteria that reflect real-world radiology practice. Your expertise will directly contribute to the development of next-generation AI models for medical imaging.
Responsibilities
- Review de-identified diagnostic imaging studies across multiple imaging modalities.
- Produce accurate reference reports and identify clinically significant findings.
- Evaluate AI-generated radiology reports for diagnostic accuracy, completeness, and clinical relevance.
- Apply standardized reporting systems and measurement guidelines, including RECIST, BI-RADS, Lung-RADS, CAD-RADS, ASPECTS, and other specialty-specific frameworks.
- Identify inaccuracies, omissions, unsupported conclusions, and potential patient safety concerns in AI-generated interpretations.
- Develop challenging clinical cases that help improve AI diagnostic reasoning.
- Provide structured, evidence-based feedback to support AI model evaluation and refinement.
