Diagnostic radiologist responsible for providing timely, high-quality imaging assessments and diagnoses in inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Review imaging orders and consults
• Obtain patient histories
• Determine appropriate imaging modalities and protocols
• Communicate with imaging staff
• Serve as a subject matter expert
• Make diagnostic recommendations
• Follow industry standards
• Recognize or manage procedural complications
• Engage in quality improvement activities
• Participate in continuing education
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and the ALARA principle

Qualifications & Skills

• Unrestricted medical license in any US state or territory
• Board certification
• Strong knowledge of imaging procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to safety and quality care
