Schedule

• Full time
• Shift: Night-Weekend (Monday-Thursday 9:30pm-7am)
• Location: 7480 W COLONIAL DR, Ocoee, 32818 (Ocoee ER)

Pay

• Sign On Bonus: $7,500
• Relocation Assistance available to eligible candidates (see terms below)
• Pay Range: $28.68 - $53.35 per hour

Terms: 12-month Full-time Employment Contract Required for Sign-On and Relocation.

Sign-on Eligibility: One (1) year of applicable experience. Internal Candidates and Rehires within 12 months are not Eligible.

Relocation Eligibility: Must live 50 miles outside of campus address. Rehires that are less than 12 months from separation date are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Attends department meetings and engages in positive dialogue to support department objectives.
• Obtains high-quality scans by following proper exam protocols and adapting procedures to each patient's medical situation.
• Confirms patient and exam accuracy using two patient identifiers before administering exams.
• Performs, documents, and reports all procedures in accordance with departmental policy.
• Reviews images and completes ultrasound worksheets promptly, re-scanning patients as requested by Radiologists.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in vascular sonography [Preferred]
• Associate degree [Preferred]
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) [Required] OR Registered Technologist - Vascular Sonography (R.T.(VS)(ARRT)) [Required] OR Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologies RT (BS) [Preferred]
