Responsibilities
- Performs ultrasound and other procedures on patients as directed.
- Records findings and forwards images to reading physician.
- Obtains and records all pertinent clinical information relating to the procedure.
- Reviews charts for patient history.
- Maintains ultrasound supplies and cleans equipment.
Requirements
- Show knowledge of ultrasound equipment and ALARA radiation safety.
- Work independently to prioritize tasks and perform job with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate good judgment in handling unforeseen situations and seek guidance as needed.
- Perform work accurately and promptly in a busy environment.
Education and Experience
- A minimum of 1 year of prior OBGYN sonographer experience.
- Proficiency in GYN and all OB trimester scans.
- ARDMS OBGYN registered.
- BLS certified.
- NT credentialed (preferred).
Physical Requirements
- Requires prolonged standing and walking.
- Frequent bending and reaching.
- Requires lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
- Requires proficient communicative, auditory, and visual skills.

Pay
$37.50 - 47.00 per hour.
