Diagnostic Imaging Technologist I

About the role

The Diagnostic Imaging Tech I operates a variety of x-ray equipment to perform routine radiographs in all Radiology areas, including Orthopedic Clinic, Fluoroscopic and Operating Room procedures and the use of the c-arm, under the direction of a Radiologist, Supervisor, and Lead Technologists.

Responsibilities

• Operates a variety of x-ray equipment to perform routine radiographs in all Radiology areas, including Orthopedic Clinic, Fluoroscopic and Operating Room procedures and the use of the c-arm, under the direction of a Radiologist, Supervisor, and Lead Technologists.
• May be required to work a variety of shifts, at multiple campuses, weekends, holidays, and take call on a rotational basis.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology approved by CAHEA/JERCT.
• ARRT certified and licensed with the State of Vermont.
