About the role
The Diagnostic Imaging Tech I demonstrates knowledge and sense of responsibility in the daily operations of the radiology department.
Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of x-ray equipment to perform routine radiographs in all Radiology areas, including Orthopedic Clinic, Fluoroscopic and Operating Room procedures.
- Use the c-arm according to established practices.
- Work under the direction of a Radiologist, Supervisor, and Lead Technologists.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology approved by CAHEA/JERCT.
- ARRT certified and hold a current license with the State of Vermont.
Schedule
May be required to work a variety of shifts, at multiple campuses, weekends, holidays, and take call on a rotational basis.
