Responsibilities

• Perform clerical tasks of a routine but varied nature in conjunction with moderate but proficient typing, which includes responsibility for coordinating patient scheduling.
• Provide exceptional interpersonal customer service consisting of an outgoing positive attitude, warm friendly joyful demeanor, and the utmost care and reverence for our guests, patients, families, customers and colleagues.
• Knowledge and willingness to perform all clerical duties as efficiently as possible.
• Assist department director and/or supervisor.
• Demonstrate good teamwork qualities and high professionalism.
• Convey essential patient information to members of healthcare team.
• Perform duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Graduate - Required
• Post high school training and/or education preferred

Qualifications

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population of patients served in Diagnostic Imaging.
