About the role

The Diagnostic Imaging Assistant Level 5 at Griffin Imaging and Diagnostics Center at Ivy Brook provides a variety of functions including registration, front-end office operations, managing outpatient schedules and precerts, copay collection, performing phlebotomy, EKG, and clinical assistance to technical and physician staff. This role supports daily operations in MRI, CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, EKG, and Lab areas within the Ivy Brook Imaging Center.

Requirements

• High school graduate
• Medical Assistant with phlebotomy experience preferred
• CPR certification required
• Medical office experience required
• Proficiency in medical terminology required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
• Copay collection experience required
• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience required
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• EKG experience preferred
