Diabetes Program Instructor - NHDC

Responsibilities

• Provide Dietary Education and Diabetes self-management education and training to individuals and groups
• Lead and manage group classes

Requirements

• One (1) year experience providing diabetes education to individuals and/or groups
• ADCES certification or eligible for certification and will complete within six months
• Registered Dietitian OR Registered Nurse with current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nursing Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate License

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable about current diabetes treatment management
