About The Role We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Route Collector to manage cash collections, ATM servicing, across multiple locations. This role requires strong financial accuracy, accountability, and the ability to manage complex cash movements and reconciliations. Responsibilities Service assigned route locations, including cash collection, ATM replenishment.Accurately count, reconcile, and document all funds collectedCalculate and allocate funds across machines, ATMs, and locations, including third-party fees and revenue splitsPrepare deposits and maintain precise financial recordsIdentify and resolve discrepancies in collections and reportingMaintain strict adherence to cash handling, security, and internal controlsCommunicate operational or financial issues to leadershipBuild and maintain professional relationships with location partnersStock and fill product in machinesEnsure machines are clean and in working conditionCommunicate any machine issues or location concerns to the service team Skills & Qualifications Experience with gaming, vending, or amusement routesExperience handling ATMs or financial equipmentFamiliarity with revenue share models or third-party fee structures Required Proven experience in cash handling, route operations, ATM servicing, or similar roleStrong math skills and ability to perform real-time calculations and reconciliationsHigh level of trustworthiness, discretion, and accountabilityDetail-oriented with the ability to spot discrepancies quicklyAbility to work independently and manage a route efficientlyMust be able to work nights and weekends (on-call) Perks & Benefits Simple IRA with 3% company matchPaid time off Sick time offBereavementHoliday payDental InsuranceMedical Insurance Equal Opportunity Employer Onesource Amusement, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
