DevSecOps PM/PO
Job Description
Execute the Product Roadmap
Collaborate with the Product Line Manager to drive execution of the DevSecOps platform roadmap (CI/CD, security, tooling), ensuring alignment with engineering, security, and business goals.
Own and Prioritize Product Backlog
Maintain and prioritize a well-defined backlog, translating roadmap into actionable user stories while balancing features, technical debt, and compliance requirements.
Apply SAFe Agile Practices with Scrum Master Partnership
Work closely with the Scrum Master to execute SAFe Agile processes, including PI planning, sprint execution, backlog refinement, and dependency management to ensure smooth, predictable delivery.
Enforce Quality through DoR and DoD
Ensure all user stories meet Definition of Ready (DoR) before development and Definition of Done (DoD) before completion to maintain delivery quality and consistency.
Lead Cross-Functional Execution and Adoption
Partner with platform engineering, security, SRE, and developer teams to remove blockers, drive delivery, and ensure platform capabilities are adopted and deliver measurable outcomes.
