DevSecOps Engineer

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Development, Engineering, Architecture, and Testing teams to define the set of tools and processes for the continuous delivery pipeline.
• Collaborate with the Security Lead to ensure that the tools are compliant with security requirements and to streamline the ATO process from a tools and technical process perspective.
• Aid the Testing Lead to automate testing where possible.
• Collaborate with the Operations Lead to ensure that the CI/CD processes align with operational requirements.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to design and deploy secure, compliant architecture.

Qualifications

• Education: B.S. degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline.
• Experience: 5+ years experience as a DevSecOps Engineer, including at least 2+ years of experience with agile development and AWS experience.
• Skills: Experience with systems administration, user management, group policy management; building, securing, and maintaining Linux and Windows based images for use in DoD compliant systems; containerized application management (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel as required.
• Standard office environment with occasional requirements to visit client sites, labs, or field environments.
