Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Support user onboarding into the FENCES environments by deploying onboarding module updates, loading RSA tokens into the FENCES console, and seeding tokens for all FENCES environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with FENCES, cloud manager applications, domain controller authentication issues, and connectivity to the FENCES environment.
- Support on-site hands-on/computer-based training for Government personnel.
- Provide Operations support via the FENCES help desk.
- Support GBSD in transferring mission application updates across multiple classification levels, enabling low to high file transfers.
- Support for capability demonstrations as requested by the Government.
- Support and collaborate with tier II support teams on workload management, patch management, active directory management, onboarding, and any other troubleshooting as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar
- 3+ years of Linux, Python, AWS, git experience
- 3+ years of experience in supporting DoD Software Engineering
- 3+ years of experience debugging (grepping logs, stack traces, tracking down permissions issues, etc…)
- 3+ years of experience using the Linux Command Line
Desired Skills
- 3+ years experience in system/software solution development and delivery
- Experience working on Agile Software Teams
- Experience delivering big data solutions
- Experience with commercial or government cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, etc)
- Experience with DevOps (configuration management, application deployment, etc)
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
